The Investment Committee reviews prospective investments against Longview’s underwriting standards, portfolio objectives and identified investment risks before an investment is approved for allocation.

Keith Salvatore, MBA, CPA

VALUATION & RISK

Keith brings 17 years of experience at KKR, where he served as a Director and Head of Valuations, following earlier experience as a Manager at Deloitte. His background in institutional valuation, financial analysis and capital structure brings a disciplined perspective to the committee’s assessment of pricing, assumptions and investment risk. MBA, NYU Stern.

Eric Altmann, CPA

FINANCE & FUND CONTROLS

Eric brings more than 25 years of experience as Controller at Renaissance Technologies, following earlier experience at Ernst & Young. His background in institutional financial reporting, accounting and controls brings a rigorous financial perspective to the committee’s review of investment economics, financial assumptions, reporting and control considerations.

Amit Kapur, CFA, MBA, CPA

CREDIT, STRUCTURING & UNDERWRITING

Amit brings experience as a Managing Director in Structuring & Underwriting at GE, where he served as Americas front-office leader, together with his current experience as a public-company CFO and audit committee chair. His background in underwriting, credit, capital structure and financial governance brings a transaction-focused perspective to the committee’s evaluation of deal structure, financing and downside risk. Edward Christian, Esq.

LEGAL & FUND STRUCTURE

Edward brings extensive funds and finance legal experience as a Partner at Smith Gambrell & Russell, advising investment managers and investment funds on formation, operations and related matters, following earlier experience as Senior Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland. His legal and fund-structuring perspective informs the committee’s consideration of investment structure, governance, documentation and material legal considerations. JD, USC Gould School of Law.
