Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Longview Commercial collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with its public website, private investor portal, landing pages, digital platforms, online forms, investor communications, downloadable materials, webinars, videos, podcasts, market reports, presentations, meetings, and related services.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following defined terms apply:
- “LVC Holdings” means Longview Commercial Holdings LLC;
- “LVC Management” means Longview Commercial Management LLC;
- “LVC Sponsor” means Longview Commercial Sponsor LLC;
- “Fund I” or the “Fund” means Longview Commercial Opportunity Fund I LLC;
- “Fund I GP” means Longview Commercial Opportunity Fund I GP LLC;
- “Fund I Co-Sponsor” means Longview Commercial Opportunity Fund I Co-Sponsor LLC.
“Longview Commercial,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to LVC Holdings, LVC Management, LVC Sponsor, Fund I, Fund I GP, Fund I Co-Sponsor, any future Longview Commercial fund-specific entities, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, managers, members, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and authorized service providers, successors, and assigns, as applicable — except where a specific entity is named, in which case the reference is to that entity.
Longview Commercial operates through a group of separate legal entities, each with a distinct role:
- LVC Management operates the public website, the private investor portal, and the customer-relationship and communications systems, and is responsible for investor acceptance, accreditation verification oversight, know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening oversight, investor communications, and the handling of information collected through the website and investor portal. Unless a specific entity is otherwise identified, LVC Management is the operator of the website and investor portal and the entity that controls personal information collected through them, and is the party you should contact.
- LVC Holdings owns the Longview Commercial brand, trademarks, domain names, website content, and other intellectual property, and licenses that intellectual property to LVC Management and other approved Longview Commercial entities.
- Fund I is the investment vehicle that admits investors as non-managing members. Fund I GP is the sole managing member of Fund I and holds decision authority over the Fund, acting through LVC Sponsor as its controlling managing member. Investment selection, portfolio construction, investor acceptance, distributions, and Fund actions are directed through this structure.
- Fund I Co-Sponsor and any Capital Introduction Partners support investor relationships and investor education only. They have no authority to offer, negotiate, approve, verify, or accept any investment, and no authority to determine eligibility, accreditation, or compliance status.
LVC Management is the operator of the Longview Commercial website and investor portal and, unless a specific entity is otherwise identified, the entity responsible for personal information collected through them. Certain investor and Fund records are controlled by Fund I or Fund I GP according to function, privacy law, and the applicable governing agreements. Questions about this Privacy Policy may be directed to LVC Management using the contact details in Section 21.
By accessing or using any Longview Commercial website, investor portal, content, form, communication, or related service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

C. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, landing pages, investor portal, emails, or digital platforms, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address; browser, device, and operating-system type; referring website; pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent; dates and times of visits; approximate location based on IP address; email open and click activity; form interactions; webinar engagement; portal login and document-access activity; and cookie, pixel, analytics, and advertising identifiers.
We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, CRM tools, email-marketing tools, advertising tools, tracking technologies, and server logs, as further described in our Cookie Policy.
D. Information from Third Parties
We may collect information about you from third parties, including the Cashflow Portal platform; CRM and marketing platforms; accreditation-verification, KYC/AML, identity, and sanctions-screening providers; fund administrators; payment processors; electronic-signature providers; data providers and public and government databases; social media platforms and professional networks; referral sources; authorized Fund I Co-Sponsor participants, Capital Introduction Partners, and relationship contacts; business partners; and operators, sponsors, brokers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, consultants, or other professional contacts, as permitted by law.
How We Use Information
A. Website, Content, and Communications
We may use information to operate and improve our website, landing pages, digital platforms, and investor portal; respond to inquiries; provide educational content, market reports, and newsletters; invite you to webinars, podcasts, presentations, meetings, and investor events; provide information about Longview Commercial’s platform, strategy, and, where appropriate, current, future, or prospective investment opportunities; personalize and improve user experience; analyze engagement; manage registrations and follow-up; and maintain contact records in our CRM.
B. Investor Qualification and Onboarding
We operate separate domestic and international investor workflows, and may use information to evaluate investor eligibility; process registrations; review questionnaires; verify accredited-investor status under Rule 506(c) for domestic prospects; assess Regulation S and local-law eligibility, U.S.-person status, and FATCA/CRS classification for international prospects; conduct identity verification and KYC, AML, and sanctions screening; administer investor-portal accounts; process subscription documents and electronic signatures; maintain investor records; process capital commitments; and provide investor, tax, and distribution reporting. Final acceptance decisions are made by Fund I and LVC Management.
C. Co-Sponsor and Capital Introduction Partner Support
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may use information to support coordination with authorized Fund I Co-Sponsor participants, Capital Introduction Partners, relationship contacts, and representatives involved in investor education, investor introductions, investor onboarding, investor relations, portal support, reporting support, compliance, and administration. Such persons are provided only the limited assigned-relationship information reasonably necessary to support their permitted role, are required to route investor responses and investment interest to Longview Commercial-controlled systems, and may not use personal information for any purpose unrelated to Longview Commercial’s authorized platform activities.
D. Business Operations
We may use information to manage business operations; maintain internal records; manage relationships with prospective investors, investors, operators, sponsors, service providers, and business contacts; perform due diligence; support accounting, audit, tax, legal, compliance, and administrative functions; improve our content, technology, and investor experience; and protect Longview Commercial’s rights, property, systems, confidential information, and intellectual property.
E. Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Purposes
We may use information to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests; satisfy securities-law, tax, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, identity-verification, investor-qualification, and recordkeeping obligations; enforce our Legal Disclaimer, Website & Investor Portal Terms of Use, offering documents, and other agreements; detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, security incidents, misuse, or unlawful activity; and protect the rights, safety, and property of Longview Commercial, users, investors, service providers, and others.
Marketing and Communications
Longview Commercial may communicate with you through email, SMS/text, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, telephone, video conference, webinar platforms, CRM platforms, investor-portal messages, and other channels. Marketing and educational communications may include newsletters, market updates, webinar and event invitations, educational videos, podcasts, articles, investor-education materials, market reports, strategy updates, and, where appropriate, investment-opportunity announcements to qualified recipients.
By providing your contact information, you authorize Longview Commercial to contact you using the information and communication channels you provide, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions provided in the communication, by replying with an applicable opt-out request where supported, or by contacting us at info@longviewcommercial.com.
For SMS/text, WhatsApp, or similar mobile communications, you may opt out by replying with the applicable opt-out keyword where supported, such as “STOP,” or by following other instructions provided in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing communications, including administrative messages, investor-portal notices, compliance requests, legal notices, investor reporting, tax notices, transaction-related communications, and security notices necessary to manage our relationship with you.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Longview Commercial and its service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising tools, and similar technologies to operate the website and investor portal, remember preferences, support security and authentication, measure traffic and engagement, manage marketing, and understand how visitors interact with our materials. Our use of these technologies, the categories involved, and your choices are described in detail in our Cookie Policy, which should be read together with this Privacy Policy. Where available, you may manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or cookie preference tool, or through your browser settings.
Analytics, Advertising, and Social Media
We may use analytics, advertising, and social media tools to understand how users interact with Longview Commercial content, measure the performance of communications, improve our website, and provide relevant content. These tools may collect information such as IP address, device and browser information, website activity, page views, clicks, and email engagement.
We may use or integrate with platforms such as Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager; Meta/Facebook; LinkedIn; YouTube; Instagram; podcast and webinar platforms; and CRM and email-marketing platforms. These third parties may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies subject to their own privacy policies and settings. Where Fund-related advertising is used, it is subject to the controlled-solicitation framework described in our Legal Disclaimer, including geo-controls and review for foreign financial-promotion rules.
Artificial Intelligence and Technology-Assisted Tools
Longview Commercial may use artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and other technology-assisted tools to support business operations, communications, content creation, market analysis, document organization, administrative workflows, investor education, and compliance processes. We do not intend to use these tools to make final investment decisions, final investor-eligibility determinations, or final compliance determinations without appropriate human review. You should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or personal information through public forms, chat tools, or unsecured channels unless specifically instructed by Longview Commercial.
How We Disclose Information
A. Affiliates and Related Entities
We may disclose information among Longview Commercial entities — LVC Holdings, LVC Management, LVC Sponsor, Fund I, Fund I GP, Fund I Co-Sponsor, future fund-specific entities, and related affiliates — as reasonably necessary for business, investment, operational, compliance, administrative, investor, or legal purposes, consistent with each entity’s role.
B. Authorized Co-Sponsors and Capital Introduction Partners
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may disclose limited personal information to authorized Fund I Co-Sponsor participants, Capital Introduction Partners, relationship contacts, and representatives who support investor education, investor introductions, investor onboarding, investor relations, portal support, reporting support, compliance, and administration. Such disclosures are limited to the assigned-relationship information reasonably necessary for their permitted, non-discretionary role — such as contact information, relationship and onboarding status, and communication history — and are subject to confidentiality, data-use, and compliance obligations. These persons have no authority over investor acceptance, accreditation, or compliance determinations.
C. Service Providers
We may disclose information to service providers that assist us, including website-hosting and WordPress providers; GoHighLevel and CRM providers; the Cashflow Portal investor-portal and fund-administration platform; fund administrators; electronic-signature providers; KYC/AML, identity, and sanctions-screening providers; accreditation-verification providers; payment processors, banks, and financial institutions; cloud-storage, email-marketing, SMS/WhatsApp, webinar, and video-conferencing providers; analytics, advertising-technology, and cookie-consent providers; cybersecurity and IT providers; and professional advisors, accountants, auditors, attorneys, tax advisors, and consultants. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law. Longview Commercial remains responsible for appropriate oversight even where a third party performs accreditation, KYC/AML, tax, administration, or filing functions.
D. Professional Advisors and Business Partners
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, consultants, fund administrators, operators, sponsors, brokers, lenders, and other professional or business partners where reasonably necessary for business, investment, compliance, legal, accounting, tax, audit, due-diligence, or administrative purposes.
E. Legal and Compliance Disclosures
We may disclose information where we believe it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law; respond to legal process; satisfy regulatory, tax, securities, AML, sanctions, KYC, or investor-qualification obligations; respond to governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement requests; enforce agreements; protect Longview Commercial’s rights, property, systems, investors, users, or others; or detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security incidents, or misconduct.
F. Business Transactions
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, joint venture, transfer of interests, change of control, bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar business transaction involving Longview Commercial or its affiliates.
G. With Your Consent or Direction
We may disclose information with your consent, at your direction, or as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Longview Commercial does not sell personal information for money. However, certain analytics, advertising, retargeting, social media, or tracking technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, depending on the jurisdiction and how those laws apply. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate mechanisms to opt out of such sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain non-essential tracking technologies. You may also use our cookie preference tool, where available, to manage non-essential cookies and tracking technologies.
International Visitors and Data Transfers
Longview Commercial is organized in the United States, and its website, investor portal, technology and service providers, business operations, authorized participants, representatives, and business contacts may be located in the United States or other countries. If you access Longview Commercial’s website, investor portal, materials, or services from outside the United States, or communicate with us from outside the United States, your information may be collected, processed, stored, transferred, and used in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Because Longview Commercial admits non-U.S. investors through a separate international workflow, we may collect and transfer additional information for that purpose, including U.S.-person status, FATCA/CRS classification, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information, foreign tax forms, and sanctions and local-law information. We may disclose or transfer personal information to Longview Commercial affiliates, fund-specific entities, authorized participants, service providers, professional advisors, and business partners located in the United States or other jurisdictions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
The privacy laws of the United States and other jurisdictions may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, Longview Commercial will take steps reasonably designed to support lawful international data transfers.
Legal Bases for Processing, Where Applicable
For individuals in jurisdictions that require a legal basis for processing, Longview Commercial may process personal information based on your consent; performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate business interests; investor qualification, compliance, and risk management; protection of rights, property, safety, security, and legal claims; and other legal bases permitted by applicable law. Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving our business, communicating with prospective investors and investors, providing educational content, maintaining investor relationships, conducting due diligence, coordinating with authorized participants and service providers, preventing fraud, protecting systems, and administering investment-related activities.
Data Retention
Longview Commercial retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, legal and regulatory requirements, investor status, relationship history, tax and securities-law obligations, compliance requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and recordkeeping requirements. We may retain certain investor, compliance, tax, KYC, AML, sanctions, accreditation, subscription, transaction, and legal records for extended periods. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely retain it in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Security
Longview Commercial uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no website, investor portal, email system, cloud system, communication channel, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, using secure devices and networks, maintaining the security of your email account, and promptly notifying Longview Commercial if you believe your account or communications have been compromised.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live and how applicable law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; request restriction of or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; request portability; opt out of certain marketing communications; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies; appeal certain privacy decisions; and exercise other rights provided by applicable law. These rights may be subject to limitations, exceptions, verification requirements, and legal or regulatory retention obligations.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at privacy@longviewcommercial.com. We may request information to verify your identity before responding.
California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, California privacy laws may provide you with certain rights regarding personal information, subject to legal limitations and exceptions. In the preceding 12 months, Longview Commercial may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; customer-records information; protected-classification information where provided or required; commercial information; internet or electronic-network activity; geolocation information; audio, electronic, or visual information; professional or employment-related information; inferences; and sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial information, citizenship or residency information, account credentials, tax information, beneficial-ownership information, KYC information, sanctions-screening information, or accreditation-related information, where required or appropriate.
We may collect these categories from you, from your interactions with us, from service providers, from public sources, from third-party verification providers, from authorized participants, from business partners, and from other sources described in this Privacy Policy, and may use and disclose them for the purposes described here. Longview Commercial does not sell personal information for money; certain analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain laws, and where required you may opt out through our cookie preference tool or by contacting us. California residents may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, information about certain disclosures, and to opt out of certain sale or sharing, subject to applicable limitations. To exercise California privacy rights, contact us at privacy@longviewcommercial.com.

If you believe a child or minor has provided personal information to Longview Commercial, please contact us at privacy@longviewcommercial.com, and we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Websites and Platforms
Longview Commercial’s website, investor portal, emails, materials, or communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social media pages, videos, podcasts, documents, tools, or services. Longview Commercial is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, terms, content, or data handling of third parties. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party websites or services you use.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
Some browsers and devices may allow you to send “Do Not Track” signals or use other privacy-preference signals. Because standards for such signals may vary, Longview Commercial may not respond to all “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by applicable law, Longview Commercial will recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law and technical feasibility.
